Assisted living memory care at The Assisi Health Care Center is available for those living with Alzheimer’s or other memory challenges. Our program follows a structured design to engage residents in a meaningful day of engagement and successful experiences. The neighborhood also includes access to an enclosed and secure garden, as well as small, private spaces for interaction. Day services are also available to the community.
