The Woodlands provides all of the comfort and privacy of home within a supportive and nurturing environment. Our residents share a sense of community by participating in a broad range of recreational, social and spiritual opportunities and outings organized by our full-time activities director and supported by our dedicated staff. Weekly housekeeping, personal and linen laundry services, and medical appointment transportation are afforded to each resident. Our caring staff is available 24 hours a day to provide assistance to our residents. Each resident has a personalized plan of care developed collectively by our nursing team, the resident, the family and medical providers to ensure that each resident has the care and support that is optimal for his or her needs.
