Assisted Living at Monticello West combines the independence and privacy of your own apartment with the personal support of our helpful staff, 24-hours a day.

Licensed nurses on every shift enable Monticello West to provide the extra, professional level of services our residents so richly deserve. Our commitment to enriching the quality of life for all of our residents is evidenced by our Fitness Center, with certified trainers; our Computer Center, with instructional classes; our vast and varied activity and spiritual programs; and our 7-day a week transportation program. Select the studio, efficiency, one-bedroom or two-bedroom floor plan that is right for you.

When it’s time to dine, you will enjoy personal menu selections served in our gracious dining rooms, conveniently located near your apartment.

With Monticello West Assisted Living, you can be as active as you want, knowing a helping hand is there if you need it. Our dedicated staff provides assistance with medications, bathing, dressing, personal grooming, housekeeping, laundry and other specific needs.

Best of all, the choice is always yours. Relax in privacy, or enjoy the companionship of friends and family, always knowing that our caring staff is available to assist, as needed.

In our Nursing Care Assisted Living, a distinct unit on our 4th floor, we provide our most extensive assisted living services, under the supervision of our licensed nurses. This distinct unit operates with highly elevated staffing ratios, and our comprehensive services include transfer assistance, full incontinence care, assistance with ambulation, diabetic care, assistance with feeding, and more. Additionally, even higher levels of health care services may be provided on this unit, through contracted home health.
