American House Carpenter is an elegant retirement community designed exclusively for active older adults. This community of 102 units offers gracious living with private efficiencies, one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Amenities include delicious meals, housekeeping, transportation in our van, 24-hour in-hour staff, beauty and barber shop, emergency pull cords in each bedroom and bath and a personal care provider available upon request.
