Our care plans are created to address the medically complex needs of our residents, while promoting the highest possible quality of life and level of function. Our professional staff, led by our medical director, consists of attending physicians, physical, occupational, speech, activities, and recreational therapists; nursing staff, care plan coordinators, and social workers. We also offer a completely secure unit specializing in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
