Altenheim is a not-for-profit senior living community. Our goal and mission is to provide the highest possible standard of quality, licensed residential, rehab, skilled nursing, specialized dementia care, palliative and hospice services. We offer private rooms, local phone service and Cable TV. Our new Rehab Transition Unit provides short term rehab services preparing residents to return home or transition to assisted living. Our nursing and rehab team focuses on resident’s abilities rather than disabilities. Services offered in a family-like atmosphere include person centered dining, housekeeping, linen/laundry services, daily day/evening activities, transportation, beauty/barber shop, 24 hour staffing, lounges with internet access and coffee/gift shops.
