Brain Health University is a unique program designed to contribute to a brain-healthy lifestyle. The program is a series of classes that stimulates engagement through novelty, variety and a little challenge. The dimensions offered in the class selection include: physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep, cognitive stimulation and social interaction.
