At Selfhelp, we encourage an active lifestyle and respect each person’s independence. Choose from a recently renovated studio or one bedroom apartment with an extensive range of amenities such as a state-of-the-art theater or roof top garden, all nestled in a lively culturally Jewish CCRC.  We’ve taken care of all the necessities such as WiFi, housekeeping and meals so you can focus on enjoying the wide range of activities and live music concerts. If assistance with personal care is needed down the line, it comes to you, in your apartment when you need it, so there is no need to move as your needs change.

Assisted Living

At Selfhelp, we encourage an active lifestyle and respect each person’s independence. Choose from a recently renovated studio or one bedroom apartment with an extensive range of amenities such as a movie theater and roof top deck all nestled in a culturally Jewish CCRC. We’ve taken care of all the necessities including housekeeping, meals, and laundry services all in one monthly rental fee. Assistance with personal care comes to you, in your apartment when you need it, allowing you to stay independent. Seflehlp is the first community in the nation to be certified by JAICO in Assisted Living.

Nursing/Rehab

Our Health and Rehabilitation Center provides top-tier, post-hospitalization short-term rehabilitation therapies and nursing care in a welcoming, modern environment. Patients can relax in spacious private suites, enjoy our roofdeck terrace, and dine in our dining room. We also offer a variety of enriching activities, including live concerts, art classes, movie screenings, guest speakers, and more. Our dedicated medical team creates personalized treatment plans to help each individual regain strength and mobility.
