We are nestled between businesses and residences giving us a rural, warm feeling. Our community is located only three miles from the heart of the city, making it far enough away to be out of the bustle and noise, yet close enough for convenience. We are also within the El Dorado Lakes community which gives us beautiful scenic views of the lake and golf course.
Our small, homey community has 38 senior apartments, all on one level for easy access for our residents. We offer five different floor plans depending on your preference. The apartments are private, safe and designed to allow each resident to furnish them with their own belongings. Each residence features wall-to-wall carpeting, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, a private bath with handicapped accessible shower, individually controlled heat and air conditioning and a 24-hour emergency response system.
