Our community is in a beautiful residential area close to Highway 303 and Grand Ave. Our memory care community is conveniently located just one mile from Del E Webb Hospital and near several nursing home rehabilitation facilities if ever needed. We are also located just minutes from a variety of retail shopping plazas and restaurants.

Brookdale Trail Ridge offers many different programs and amenities all specifically designed for individuals with memory impairment. Our memory care community has 52 individual private rooms and two shared companion suites to choose from, each room offering a view of our beautiful courtyards. Our home-like community was specifically designed for the care of individuals with memory impairment. Our layout is simple and easy to maneuver. The single-level layout allows for easy access to all the amenities within the community. We offer small, quaint dining areas for an enjoyable meal time experience.
