About Brookdale North Tucson

Brookdale North Tucson, formerly Emeritus at Tucson, is a Tucson, Arizona Assisted Living community for seniors. This warm and home-like retirement community is located on the northwest side of Tucson in the foothills close to Marana.

We are only five miles from downtown Tucson and convenient for to shopping, entertainment, cultural activities and restaurants. There are also many parks and recreation areas surrounding the community which allow for great outdoors and field trips. We are also close to the hospital and physician offices if needed.

Brookdale North Tucson has 50 senior apartments all on one level with a lovely courtyard in the center. We have spacious common areas including a living room with a fireplace and a dining room that accommodates all residents and their guests. Our ice cream parlor is one of the residents’ favorite places to go. It is situated right next to our gallery where an abundance of activities are available including television, a movie or reminiscing about the past. If a resident wants to enjoy the garden and does not want to go outside, they can sit in the cozy and bright Arizona Room just inside the courtyard. We love to play board games, have a spelling bee or a happy hour in our warm and inviting living areas located in the front of the community. We offer home-cooked meals, a wide variety of activities and off-site outings. Emeritus at Tucson wants to make sure our residents are comfortable and living life to its fullest.
