Emerson Village apartments is now accepting applications. It consists of 165 federally subsidized, affordable garden apartments for seniors aged 62+ and disabled adults. The large one, two and handicapped accessible units include central heat and air, refrigerator and stove. Water and trash are paid. On site laundry, parking and 24-hour staff. Good credit a must!!
