At New Dawn, we have one daily rate for all our residents. Our staff is trained to provide care for our residents, not to calculate the time it took to change a brief or give a bath. We know that an individual’s needs and abilities can change daily. Some days little assistance is needed and some days constant assistance is required, as in the case of an illness. That is why we are here; to provide whatever assistance is needed each day, without the worry that the monthly bill will change (unless you’ve requested additional services).
All-inclusive pricing makes it easy to plan your finances. Our all-inclusive rate includes a private room with a private bathroom, a specially designed armoire, wall-to-wall carpeting and memory boxes to stimulate meaningful memories. Plus housekeeping, an emergency pull cord in every room, maintenance of the building and grounds and utilities are all included in the monthly rate. And that’s not all, it also includes three nutritious meals and snacks daily, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, activities, linen and towel service, personal laundry service and health monitoring by a nurse.
