Lit'l Patch of Heaven is family owned and been in the business of providing health services since 1981. Lit'l Patch of Heaven is conveniently located just minutes from I-25 and 84th Avenue. We offer five private and five semi-private bedrooms, furnished or unfurnished. We are wheelchair accessible and have large common areas for our residents to enjoy
At Lit'l Patch of Heaven we encourage participation from the residents and family members, as well as from health care professionals. We also believe that it's very important to encourage continuing relationships with family and friends. Most of all we focus on the relationships dignity, health and individual capabilities.
Lit'l Patch of Heaven provides quality long-term care to the frail and elderly who have incomes too high to meet Medicaid eligibility guidelines, but not high enough to pay private nursing home rates. We provide comprehensive assistance and care at a much more affordable rate. Rates are based on amount of care needed and whether private or semi-private rooms are desired. We are medicaid approved.
