Village of Hillside, The

The Village of Hillside, one of 25 Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, is located in beautiful downtown Harbor Springs, near the shores of Lake Michigan. This community offers both one and two bedroom apartments for seniors 62 and better, who meet income limits. The Village of Hillside was made possible through funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development that provides government-subsidized housing, provided you meet the age and income specified limits. Our rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross annual income.
