Opening their doors in 1988, the community featured independent living apartments, as well as town homes. In 1996, Garnett Place was expanded to include assisted living apartments. The staff at Garnett Place Retirement Community is committed to provide each resident quality services tailored to meet their individual choices, lifestyles and needs. Our Independent or Enriched Living program features five apartment floorplans which include studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, two bedroom deluxe and enhanced two bedroom deluxe. Apartments range in size from 350 square feet, 535 square feet, 710 square feet, 880 square feet and 1,056 square feet respectively. All apartments are private and include kitchen/kitchenette and full bathroom.
Our Assisted Living program features two floor plans which include a 576 square foot one bedroom and a 760 square foot one bedroom deluxe. All apartments are private and come with a kitchen/kitchenette and a full bathroom. Our deluxe units also include a spacious sun porch, as well as double vanity in the bathroom.
