Weland Gardens at Sunset Park Place provides a family-style setting (9:1 ratio) for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Monitoring, prompting and assistance with the activities of daily living are provided in a caring environment by our compassionate and trained staff.
An enclosed courtyard, flower and vegetable garden and a walking path enable our members to enhance their lifestyle with the freedom they deserve. Life-skill areas for performing hobbies and other activities encourage continued growth and development.
Surgery in your future? Perhaps you need to be out of town and need care for a loved one you care for? Sunset Park Place also offers respite care. With a three day minimum stay, respite care could be used for you or a loved one. Respite care includes three meals a day, weekly housekeeping, laundry, assistance with showers, medication management, activities and all of the amenities that come with being a resident at Sunset.
