Additional Assistance
Edencrest at The Legacy Retirement Community is certified by the State of Iowa. The staff at Edencrest are here to assist our residents with Activities of Daily Living. Some residents may find they do not require any assistance, others may want medication management, assistance with dressing, bathing, hygiene or ambulation. Our unique program allows us to bill for ONLY the services the resident needs. Prior to move in our Health Care Coordinator, RN will complete an assessment with each resident to identify what services are needed. This will allow us to create an Individualized Service Plan.

You can also be assured that their security and well-being are being tended to at the highest level for their diagnosis. Closer Care provides the perfect balance of autonomy and structure.
Memory Care
For residents needing designated Memory Care for dementia related diagnoses, we offer a place to call “home.” The environment at Edencrest at The Legacy is reassuring, soothing and non-threatening.
