Brookdale Woodward Estates, formerly Emeritus at Woodward Estates, is a Bowie, MD Assisted Living community for seniors. Nestled in the heart of the Bowie Health Campus on Health Center Drive and close to Routes 50, 301, I-495 and I-95, our community is near numerous medical facilities including Larkin Chase Care and Rehabilitation Center and Bowie Health Center, giving our residents a real sense of security should they ever need immediate off-site medical care. In addition, we are located directly across from the Bowie Town Center Mall with its many shops and restaurants for residents and their families to enjoy. We also share Health Center Drive with such neighbors as Prince George Fire Department and the Bowie Senior Center.
A Wonderful Selection

Brookdale Woodward Estates offers a total of 80 senior apartments, including studios, deluxe studios and one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. For residents who either don’t want to live alone or who wish to save on rent, we also offer friendship suites where two residents share an apartment. All senior apartments include one or two full baths, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, blinds and wall-to-wall carpeting. Residents can decorate their apartments however they’d like and can bring in their own furniture. We also offer fully furnished apartments. Internet service is available and all apartments are individually climate-controlled and completely maintenance free inside and out. We always welcome small pets and treat them just like members of our family.
