Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel is more affordable than you might think. Our pricing is based on the apartment type you choose and level of care you or your loved one needs.
Monthly rent includes trained staff available 24 hours a day, three delicious and well-balanced meals served daily, weekly housekeeping, daily bed-making and trash removal, scheduled group transportation, daily programs and activities, maintenance of buildings and grounds, secure safety system, all utilities, and oversight of general well-being.
