Assisted Living
Our care plans are customized according to the individual needs of our residents. Our highly trained and dedicated staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide personalized care and support, and our staff-to-resident ratio allows us to promptly meet the needs of each of our residents with patience and compassion. We offer spacious private rooms and ongoing health monitoring by an RN, as well as assistance with transportation and activities of daily living.
Memory Care
Each person’s journey is unique, and at Harmony Place, we are devoted to honoring our residents’ individual pasts as well as celebrating the present. To that end, we offer a memory care program for residents who may suffer from memory impairment. Designed to provide a secure environment, our all-inclusive program offers specialized care and support for our residents’ personal, social, spiritual, and health service needs to provide quality of life while preserving residents’ privacy and dignity. Memory care staff are trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia-like diagnoses, and activities are tailored to each person to prompt memories from each of their lives.
