Located in Chautauqua County, Fredonia Place opened in 2003 and is principally owned and operated by Dimitri J. Tzetzo and his son, Nicholas B. Tzetzo. The Tzetzo family offers more than 40 years of combined senior care development expertise. Fredonia Place is the culmination of their experience in the senior care industry as well as a reflection of their conviction that today’s senior care residents deserve and demand better than what is provided by other senior living communities.
When seniors come to live at Fredonia Place, they are considered to be part of the family by our staff members, who all work very hard to create an environment that is very home-like, very friendly and very comfortable. At the same time, we are very conscious of our residents’ health and well being and watch out for them. We are in direct contact with each resident on a daily basis, and keep an eye out for any changes in condition, eating behavior, etc. We maintain regular contact with family members, whether nearby or far away, to keep them up to date on their loved ones’ status, and we welcome phone calls from concerned family members.
Our staff members are carefully screened, fully trained and absolutely passionate about what they do. They respect our residents’ privacy and afford them the highest courtesy, compassion and respect each and every day. At the same time, they work hard to keep residents active, alert and involved, helping them to make the most of every single day.
