DINING
Each Victorian Senior Care Community features dietitian approved menus to fit a variety of dietary needs. Delicious, home-cooked meals are served in our dining rooms by our caring and hospitable staff. In addition to three meals each day, snacks are offered throughout the day. Special dining events are planned around holidays, birthdays and other community events. Family members are always welcome to join us for meals.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is provided to and from all medical appointments, scheduled trips and activities. Each Victorian Senior Care community has transportation to and from appointments and activities.
ACTIVITIES
At Victorian Senior Care we believe in ensuring each person living with us is cared for medically, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Our activities programs are designed to meet each individual’s needs and preferences. A full calendar of events is planned each month by our Activities Coordinators in each community and include everything from shopping excursions, trips, devotional and church services, musical performances, bingo, cooking clubs and much more!
MEDICAL CARE
Access to medical care, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, Home Health services, Hospice services are available as needed in each Victorian Senior Care community. Our professional staff works with each individual’s physicians to coordinate the best possible care for the individual.
Our staff has access to continuing education through our affiliation with the North Carolina Association of Long Term Care Facilities and Therapeutic Alternatives Geriatric Adult Mental Health Specialty Teams.
SALON SERVICES
Each community offers access to salon services including shampooing, haircuts, styling, perms and color. Manicures, pedicures and shaving services are also offered.
Red Springs Assisted Living offers assisted living and respite care in Robeson County. Red Springs is nearby to Lumberton and Maxton and the county is home to the Tuscarora and Lumbee Indian tribes. Robeson County has the ninth largest population of American Indians in the United States and is a truly multi-racial county.
The local hospital is Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Red Springs offers access to medical services and therapies such as physical, occupational and speech therapy.
