Council Gardens, an independent living community, offers quality affordable housing for seniors, aged 62 and older, and for mobility impaired adults of all ages. We are a HUD 202 project with rent subsidies available to qualifying individuals. Set amidst eight beautifully landscaped acres, Council Gardens offers a comprehensive array of life enrichment services and programs. Council Gardens employs a team of professionals who provide tenants with comfort and safety, help them access community services and benefits, and offer them new and exciting experiences.
