At 46 & Ten a Registered Nurse will complete a nursing assessment and develop a personalized Plan of Care with you to ensure that your needs are met.
Our 24-hour concierge and security service, which oversees the building at all times; and assists residents with arrangements for transportation and medical appointments. Maintenance staff are on site and available to address building services. Housekeeping and linen service are provided weekly. We also provide a personal emergency call system in each apartment that is monitored 24/7 by our staff.
