The Holmgreen Center is a Corpus Christi Texas Senior Living community that offers 20 Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care apartments, 62 Assisted Living apartments and 75 Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation suites. We also offer Independent Living services at Trinity Towers, also located on our campus. These communities combine to offer a full continuum of Senior Living Solutions.
Holmgreen Center Assisted Living is designed to help those who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and medication management. Just like family, we provide the extra assistance that may be needed with daily activities, while privacy, dignity and independence are honored. Our Memory Care center has life stations and a dedicated team who is committed to helping those with memory loss maintain their independence and dignity for as long as possible. Our custom programs provide compassionate care and meaningful interaction.
