Dancey House Apartments

Dancey House offers charming apartment living with centrally located amenities. With its inviting community living and dining rooms (featuring our award-winning chef’s enticing selections), contemporary Fireside Grille, well-stocked library and media center, elegant movie theater, and other activity areas, it’s also the hub of Chelsea Retirement Community’s social life!

You can choose from a variety of floor plans, including convenient studio units, as well as attractive, well-appointed one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Several apartments feature an added den or office for your convenience. Many Dancey House Apartments have been recently remodeled to be even more spacious, more inviting and more comfortable for our residents.

The Pines

The Pines is a community of spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments reserved for active, independent adults 55 and older. As a resident of The Pines you can enjoy home-like comforts without the burdens of home ownership. In this close-knit neighborhood, there’s never a shortage of things to do. Friendships and social activities flourish in well-appointed common areas that include a community living room, reading room, game room, activities area, and café.

Towsley Village Memory Care Center

Kresge Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

Our beautifully remodeled Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center features excellent services from top-notch, caring team members of medical and therapeutic professionals. Doctors throughout Michigan routinely refer patients to Kresge for short-term medical, nursing and rehabilitation needs. Our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents, while focusing on quality treatment and comfort.
