Avalon is a physician-led company, on a mission to transform healthcare. Our clinical care team offers an assortment of telehealth and home health care services for seniors, children, and everyone in between.

Avalon Physician Services provides physician led medical care to seniors in assisted living, independent living, memory care and nursing homes. We are able to provide labs, imaging and x-ray in the comfort of your home at no extra cost.

Our mission is to deliver the highest quality clinical care and to sustain the health and well-being of every patient in the comfort of their own home. We strive to successfully treat and diagnose all patients, regardless of age or resources. We are able to do this on location (in-home, senior living communities, etc.) to help our patients be as independent, active, and healthy as possible - for as long as possible. We work to provide the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and continuous research. Our goal is to maximize physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing of each of our patients.
