Dedicated to working with top doctors and hospitals, our caring team of therapists is trained to recognize individual circumstances needed for each individual. The Pavilion is certified to accept Medicare and Medicaid, while participating with most major insurances. Memory Care
The Meadows, Canterbury-on-the-Lake’s all-new memory care community offers dedicated Alzheimer’s and dementia care featuring Heartfelt CONNECTIONS – A Memory Care Program®. Residents enjoy furnished apartments with a private bathroom, plus access to a large, secure courtyard and three-season porch. Since our entire community is connected under one roof, residents who live in other areas of Canterbury will be able to stay close to their loved one in memory care.
