About Frenchtown Center for Active Adults
Frenchtown Center for Active Adults Dementia Adult Day Care program offers services Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Trained staff provides a program geared at allowing those with Alzheimer’s or dementia related conditions to remain in a home setting while receiving socialization, supervision and medical care. Flexible attendance options available.
The program is designed to provide care and support for those living with memory loss while also offering a respite for their primary caregiver. Our program supports the health, nutritional, social, and daily living needs of adults in a professionally staffed, group setting. It offers lunch, snacks and activities. Personal care is available upon request. Public and Specialized transportation is available from other service providers to those within a 15-mile radius of the center.
