Since 2013, Linden Square has supported families with assisted living, memory care, and respite stays in our welcoming, one-story community. Our high staff-to-resident ratio and hands-on leadership team help us provide exceptional senior care that is personalized and responsive.

Assisted Living

Unlike many other assisted living options in the area, we’re a small, close-knit organization, not a large corporation. This allows us to develop meaningful relationships with residents and family members, offer timely support, and create a space where your loved one feels truly at home. Assisted living at Linden Square offers a thoughtful balance of support and independence for adults 55 and older. In our one-story community, residents receive personalized assistance with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and medication, while still enjoying the privacy of their own apartment and the freedom to live each day on their own terms.

The best memory care is built on a foundation of safety, compassion, and connection. Our memory care neighborhoods, The Terrace and The Courtyard, offers a secure, one-story setting where residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory conditions can live each day with dignity and purpose.

We combine specialized support with thoughtful engagement to help residents maintain familiar routines, enjoy daily connection, and experience a higher quality of life. With flexible mealtimes, personalized care plans, and open visiting hours, every aspect of our memory care is shaped around the needs of each resident—and the family who loves them.

With licensed nurses on staff, engaging activities, and home-cooked meals prepared daily, families can feel confident knowing their loved one is safe, cared for, and part of a close-knit community.
